It looks very peaceful for NY.
I thought it was the outside view of yesterday's picture! :-)

beautifully done! I love pictures with water in it and the fact that you've captured such a sureal scene with just a hint of rippling on the glassy water is excellent.

Yes, quite lovely and peaceful. It's almost surreal feeling to me -- nothing how many millions of people live there.

great shot, looks like the buildings shouldn't be there, have you put them in afterwards :) this could be in the English countryside if it wasn't for the buildings.

Like Sydney above, I was almost hoping it was outside the cave.

Funny you posted this picture today. Yesterday, my girlfriend and I stumbled across a small pond in Golden Gate park that lets you rent boats by the hour. We almost did it, but we didn't have enough time left in the day. Maybe next time :)

A perfect shot for a cold winter's day!

Hey there! Did you take this shot from the footbridge? I was in New York one autumn not too long ago, kept on coming back to this place until winter started. Spectacular views.

Perfectly balanced, perfect contrast and bright. I like the peace flowing from this one.
