How did that bench land up in the middle of nowhere (as it seems to look like).Great shot - you really got a perfect one this time - I can really feel like I'm sitting on that bench in the middle of that huge space.I love love love this shot!Nice suttle couds in the back I might add :)
Hey for this one, I definitely like the colored version better than the BW. The BW is still nice, but the colored version stands out big time! Nice photo!
Woweee, lovely lovely shot. The fact you have this bench in such a scenic place is to die for. The combination just works. I LIKEY very much. The B&W conversion is perfect. Postcard I say. Now wish I could find a shot like this.
thanks for comments...i'm glad u like this shot, one of my favorite. btw, i took this shot at Storm King Art Center, is a sculpture park. from this photo you will see the metal sculptures up on the hill side (not a tent, dave). also, i just post another photo from this place at pixibition (my color photoblog):-)

Amazing shot, looks very inviting. Would like to sit on that bench and just enjoy the view for a while.
Amazing view/angle.
I don't know why but I wouldn't expect a bench in such a landscape!
It looks majestic.Like a throne maybe.

I'm gonna join the others on the bench - looks really inviting! Nice landscape in the background!
Beautiful use of the bench as a foreground, lovely tones in the sky. Once again, I do not leave here this morning disappointed!
Looks like a great place to think and recharge!
a beautiuful backdrop for the portrait of this bench!
a pro u r indeed. u managed to make a shot of a bench look so timeless. i prefer the b&w version. and thanks for visiting my blog.
Nice photo! remenber me a picture of Dalí... I saw the color version and like it too.
Thanks for your visit an coment in my blog.
nice frame. I like the textures of the grass in this shot.
Beautiful shot!
Great point of view and perspective! Nice clouds on the sky. Color version is very nice also, but I love your B&W photos.
A fine "frontal bench". I suppose tired runners sat down here, or lovers, or old men and ladies to take a moment in the sun...Very nice one.
I like the perspective... looks very warm and inviting!

Good composition. It has something special. Looks very peaceful and with fresh air.
Great bench, and I enjoy the color one too. Are those tents in the background?
I didn't see them in the b/w at first.
