This one I think I like better in color. The brilliant blue skies and yellow flowers complement each other very well.

The B&W is more like a clasical look and feel, i like both of them the color one to.

I'm diggin' the b&w! Tony is right...it has more of a classic feel to it. And I like the dramatic b&w sky too.

The color version is definitely prettier, but the BW one has more impact, more power.

I really like this in b&w, the white flowers are great in the foreground.

Very dramatic in black and white. I remember visiting Royal Gorge some years ago. What an aamazing place. Thanks for bringing back a fond memory.

ah glad to see a new post, the space seems to be more vast in the B&W

I'd have to agree that the colour is the better of the two as well Poramit, only because of the low level the shot appears to be taken from. I think if it were taken from a higher or high vantage point the desaturated image may gain an equal balance of viewability.

It' good to see you back online Poramit.

It's amazing to me, that a black and white photo can be more impressive than a colour. I just love how that works.

I remember what this image (the colour one reminds me of), the album "Thank You" by "Stone Temple Pilots", very cool!

Beautiful! Nice composition with those beautiful flowers in front and the open space behind! Excellent b&w!

This is lovely. Knowing your standards I still haven't seen the colour version. Doubt if I will :)

Beautiful. I can't decide whether I like the color or the b&w better, although for once I'm leaning toward the color version. Knowing Colorado as well as I do, the color just brings the warmth, the feel and the smell back to me much stronger. Now I'm homesick...

That is some view, I love the foreground and the repetitive pattern echoed in the trees/scrub, and of course my favourite colour....

Lovely landscape! I like how the flowers just pop-out there among the fields! Great take!

The color version reminds me of the sunflower shots I had taken sometime back.

Nice composition. The flowers in the foreground really add positive factor for the entire photo.
