Great street picture! I love the blurred edges so that you drawn to the people! Excellent!

Yes.. I do like the blur to it.. very nice touch as your photos are always crystal clear.. this adds a nice touch sets the mood for a rainy day.. now I'm wondering if that was intentional (like photoshoped) or since it was a rainy day.. it set a fog around your lens... It really does set the mood, either way! gives me an idea next time I take a shot on a rainy day!

Outstanding street photography!! I really like your compositions and the tones that you aplly on your B&W. This shot in particular I really like the softening you apllied to the outside of the photo. Really draws the eye in on the 3 people.

Very nice photo!!

Thanks also for stopping by my photoblog and I apreciate your comment very much :)

Very nice! I thought this might have been taken with a lensbaby before I read your comment. Great work in setting a mood in a street scene.

We have rain here again today. If I were more of a committed photographer, I'd be out getting pictures. Instead I'm inside dry and warm. :)

Did you add the blur around the edges in PS?
